FDA to Hold DSCSA Public Meetings- Dec 7 & 8 2022
FDA has announced an intention to hold a public meeting.
The meeting will be held virtually on December 7 & 8 from 10am to 3pm Eastern.

We look forward to hearing what the FDA and stakeholders have to share.
Of most interest is this mention,which we are hopeful is the FDA being able to share some needed perspective on how they plan for the FDA and other federal groups to participate in theinteroperable system to cover the scenarios outlined in the law (suspect, illegitimate, fraudulent activity) as well as any thoughts on any intentions or approaches to check compliance for stakeholders to participate in an interoperable system.
