CHICAGO — August 4, 2026 — Ten Count Consulting, LLC, a pharmaceutical supply chain advisory firm, today announced that Pablo Medina has become a partner, joining founder Mark Karhoff. The move marks the next phase of growth for the firm as it expands its scope and capabilities across the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Medina brings 17 years of experience from Genentech/Roche, where he built deep expertise in pharmaceutical operations, market access, and supply chain integrity across both U.S. and international markets before transitioning to advisory work. At Ten Count, he helps manufacturers, wholesalers, and dispensers combat counterfeiting and diversion, expand market access, advance supply chain innovation, and meet the requirements of the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
